Our custom grazing tables are beautiful, lush and are created to "wow" your guests Guest join together over the decadent and delicious food, test the perfect pairings, and explore the many elements on the tables. The fun and beauty these spreads bring is an experience for everyone in the room. Filled with artisan cheese, charcuterie meats, olives, dips, jams, fresh fruits, nuts, baked bread, and so much more; these gourmet feasts will leave a lasting impression on all who gather and graze. Our beautiful grazing tables are the perfect selection for corporate events, wine events, baby showers, bridal-showers, graduations and any other type of party – REALLY, any type of Gathering.

*Additional greenery and flowers for an extra lush effect: $50
Our grazing tables are available for a minimum of 50 people and pricing begins at $12PP plus an additional delivery and set up fee. When filling out the form, please make sure you include as much information about your special event as you can. This will help us determine your needs and get us started creating a stunning display for your special event.
FAQ – Grazing tables

The time it takes can vary depending on the size of your table. This will be discussed with you at the time of booking but can take anywhere from 45 mins to 1 1/2 hours. The table and area where the table will be setup will need to be ready to go on our arrival.

The table will need to be in a cool, shady or air-conditioned area ensuring that the grazing table is not in direct sunlight. It can most definitely be setup outside but there will be other factors such as wind, fly’s etc that might need to be considered. During the summer months we recommend inside.

Once the table has been setup it is left for you and your guests to enjoy until the pack down time. If you were wanting staff to man and look after the table during the grazing period, this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Due to the potential food safety risks involved, it is not recommended that the graze be left out for longer than 4 hours from setup time. While our serving portions are generous, they are intended to supplement a light meal.
RETURNS OF PROPS:
Any props provided and used in your graze will need to be HANDWASHED and dried prior to them being returned. These either returned to us or picked up from you for a fee.
Props must be returned in the condition they were given in, any damage will incur a fee. Events setup in venues/ public places MUST be taken home with you and not left.
